Our Mothers Day Morning

Nicole was treated to a North Pole (our favorite little diner in Newport, MN) breakfast in bed. After that she opened her Mothers Day cards from the kids. Elle had made her a star with her photo in it at pre-school and Gage got her a card that had us all laughing a bit.



As for my gift to her, I blindfolded Nicole and took it off in front of a horse and carriage ride (something she has been wanting to do for quite some time now). We took a 1/2 hr. ride around Nicollet Island in downtown Minneapolis as the sunset on Wednesday (our date night w/out kids). Below are a few pics taken with the iPhone, yes I left the camera at home!
